Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Ledgerline's website and, where you are a customer under a signed order form, the Ledgerline reconciliation service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ledgerline reconciles payout and transaction data from your connected processors and bank feeds. The Service connects on a read-only basis and cannot move funds, issue payments, or initiate transfers on your behalf.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement between us.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service's security.
- Don't resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted in writing.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the plan and billing period on your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We'll give notice before any change to your pricing takes effect.
6. Reconciliation output
Ledgerline is a tool to assist your finance team. You remain responsible for reviewing reconciliation output and for your own accounting, tax, and reporting obligations. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting or audit judgment.
7. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order form. This section is a placeholder pending counsel's final language.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
